Servers never see your master password or vault contents. They do hold your email, hashed account password, beneficiary contacts, encrypted key shares, check-in timestamps, item metadata (category, size, assignee), and the file names of documents and recordings.

Billed monthly through Shopify. Cancel any time from Manage subscription on the dashboard. The plan stays active to the end of the paid period, then the vault is read-only. We never delete data for billing reasons. Payment-fail lock after 30 days. Cloud is the same price with or without a drive. USB Cloud Backup needs a drive plus Cloud Plus or Max. Audio and video recordings have no length limit: in the cloud the plan’s encrypted storage is the only ceiling, and on a drive it is the drive’s own capacity. Cloud Plus and Cloud Max record video at 1080p. Cloud Basic records audio only, has one beneficiary, and that person receives everything in the vault. Check-in service is included with every drive. Cloud is optional.
What happens after checkout
You get an email with your sign-in details and a temporary account password. Sign in, choose a new account password, then create your vault master password in the browser. These are two different secrets. The vault is encrypted with the master password on your device; we never receive it and cannot recover it.
Billing and cancelling
Billed monthly through Shopify. Cancel any time from the Manage subscription link on your dashboard. The plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then your vault becomes read-only. We never delete your data for billing reasons. Payment-fail lock after 30 days. Resubscribe restores the same vault.
When the paid period ends, check-ins stop and no release will occur. Tell the people you named, or move your vault to a drive first.
Already have a drive?
You do not need Cloud for 25 beneficiaries, per-person assignment, Test My Switch, SMS check-ins, or video messages. Those are on the drive. Add Plus or Max if you want a browser vault, or USB Cloud Backup.
